Terms & Conditions

• The accommodation sleeps up to six people at a flat rate of $160 per night* for a minimum of two nights per booking
  
  
• A deposit of 25% or $40 per night is required upon booking, with the remainder becoming due upon occupancy, payment may be made by cheque - please click here for details.

• Barbeque facilities are available for guest use in the side patio and the barbeque must be cleaned before vacating the accommodation
  
  
• Fish cleaning and filleting facilities are available at the jetty or boat ramp, please do not clean fish at the house
